The outdoor swimming pool at the University of Tennessee seems to collect a lot of dirt or algae on the bottom during the fall and winter. I think the pool might be kept open all year for some competitive local swimmers to practice. Somebody with a sense of humor swam to the bottom of the diving well and left a message in the dirt.
